The variable frequency drive (VFD) for the normal temperature cooling water pipeline communicates with the PLC, automatically controlling pressure and flow based on set parameters. The cooling tower fan, based on the return water pipe temperature and set temperature value, uses a PID controller in the VFD to automatically control the cooling curve slope and output frequency according to the temperature difference, achieving rapid cooling. When the temperature falls below a certain limit, the cooling tower fan can shut down, reducing the flow rate from the hot water pool to the cooling tower, and simultaneously reducing power consumption of the fan VFD and cooling tower water pump. The pipeline itself participates in heat exchange.
