Backed by its technical expertise and proven quality reputation in centralized feeding systems, Niasi has secured a custom order for 18 large-scale outdoor silos from a renowned Japanese enterprise. The project is now in full construction phase, progressing toward delivery with high-standard craftsmanship.
These outdoor silos are core storage facilities tailored to the Japanese client’s plastic raw material storage needs. Recognizing Japan’s stringent quality requirements for industrial equipment, Niasi established the goal of “zero process defects and efficient delivery” at the project’s inception.

On the construction site, multiple silo structures have been initially erected, with workers engaged in applying exterior insulation and refining finishing details. To withstand the harsh outdoor climate, the silos feature a stainless steel base paired with highly weather-resistant insulation materials. The precision surface protection technology effectively combats high temperatures, heavy rainfall, and typhoons, ensuring long-term stable operation of the silos.
A Niasi project leader stated, “The Japanese client has set extremely high standards for equipment sealing, durability, and surface finish. Our technical team has optimized welding processes, upgraded insulation structures, and enhanced wind and seismic resistance designs to ensure each silo meets the rigorous demands of the overseas market.”
