This South Korean IBC manufacturer mainly produces intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its products are widely used in chemical raw materials, food additives and other fields, imposing extremely high requirements on raw material proportioning accuracy, production environment and continuous operation capacity. Previously, the manual feeding mode adopted in production had many drawbacks.

Manual feeding was inefficient and caused dust pollution, failing to meet the environmental protection requirements of the production environment; untimely manual feeding was prone to equipment shutdown, which could not satisfy the needs of 24/7 uninterrupted production. Insufficient metering accuracy was likely to affect the stability of product quality. In addition, centralized equipment management was not achievable, leading to high maintenance costs.
Therefore, Niasi conducted an in-depth on-site survey of the South Korean enterprise’s production workshop. Based on the customer’s pain points, Niasi inspected the equipment layout, the characteristics of the customer’s raw materials and the production process on the spot, and customized a comprehensive feeding system integrating raw material storage, vacuum conveying, precise metering and intelligent control for the customer. To adapt to the workshop layout of the South Korean enterprise, Niasi adopted a modular design concept, optimized equipment arrangement and pipeline routing, reduced space occupation, lowered pipeline pressure loss and improved the operational stability of the system.

After the Niasi Centralized Feeding System was put into operation, it underwent three months of commissioning and operation, and was fully compatible with the IBC production process of the South Korean enterprise, achieving an all-round improvement in production efficiency. It replaced manual feeding, reducing the number of operators by more than 80%; eliminated shutdowns caused by material changeovers, enabling the production line to operate stably 24 hours a day; ensured stable product quality and significantly reduced operating costs.
Covering the entire process from raw material storage, conveying and metering to intelligent control, Niasi uses full-process automation technology to help enterprises break the constraints of traditional production, achieve efficiency improvement, quality upgrading and cost optimization. In the future, Niasi will continue to deepen its expertise in the intelligent feeding field, persist in technological innovation and service upgrading, provide efficient, environmentally friendly and intelligent feeding solutions for more manufacturing enterprises around the world, and help the manufacturing industry achieve high-quality development towards intelligence and greenization.
