On September 17-19, 2025, at the Suzhou CIM Blending Conference, NIASI’s new generation of Internet of Things central feeding system became the focus. Currently, the blending industry is facing challenges such as complex global economy, intense competition, rising costs, and the “small batch, multiple varieties” order model. The traditional manufacturing model is no longer sustainable, and intelligent upgrading is urgently needed.
The NIASI system has remarkable advantages. It is centered around a central feeding system，integrating automation and informatization to establish a large database. In terms of ingredient blending, it can precisely mix up to 30 different materials, offering multiple flexible transportation methods, and accurately delivering raw materials. The warehouse management is fully automated throughout the process, with robots accurately identifying the ingredients and performing efficient, unmanned operations. Additionally, it possesses powerful intelligent monitoring and data analysis capabilities, enabling real-time tracking of production, early warning of abnormalities, and traceability of the manufacturing process, thereby assisting enterprises in making precise decisions and reducing costs.
In practical applications, after introducing this system into a certain modified granulation factory, the entire process from raw material processing to finished product storage was achieved through automated control. Auxiliary facilities were integrated to form a complete digital management system. As a result, production efficiency and product quality were improved, and costs were reduced.
This system attracted a large number of participants and was highly praised for its innovation and practicality. Many enterprises expressed their willingness to cooperate. Tang Yaqing, the general manager of NIASI, stated that they will continue to increase investment in research and development, optimize the system, expand overseas markets, and promote the intelligent development of the blending industry.
This appearance has further enhanced the influence of Nigas’ new generation of IoT intelligent feeding system. In the future, it is expected to lead the industry towards intelligent upgrades and inject new vitality into the blending industry development.
