Shell and tube evaporator
Shell and tube evaporator is used, in this process, the refrigerant evaporates in the heat exchange tube while the water flows on the shell side. A 2mm thick baffle is installed on the side of the housing to make the water flow back and forth to form an icy brine to improve the heat exchange efficiency. On the other hand, the shell of the evaporator is covered with insulating material. Used to stabilize the operating temperature.
Shell and tube condenser
Shell and tube condenser is adopted, and the internal copper pipe is embossed with external thread. Its advantage is that it can effectively improve the heat exchange efficiency between refrigerant and water in the refrigeration process.
On the other hand, the surface area of the copper tube is increased, thus expanding the contact area of the heat exchange and improving the thermal conductivity of the condenser. This new design allows the condenser to transfer the heat of the refrigerant to the water faster and better, taking the heat away.
High and low pressure protection system
Greatly improve the safety and efficiency of the pump operation. The system includes high and low pressure gauges and pump pressure gauges to continuously monitor the pressure of the pump during operation.
