The Niasi dehumidification dryer is a machine we designed for processing industrial plastics. In some industries, it’s necessary to dry and dehumidify engineering plastic raw materials, especially to remove impurities and moisture. For example, for plastics with strong hygroscopic properties, such as PET, PA, PC, and TPU, our customers can use this machine with a precise and simple surface control screen to control temperature and humidity, ensuring that our industrial plastics reach the ideal humidity level. This ensures that the granules not only appear dry on the surface but also that the internal molecules reach the required moisture content.
Our plastic dehumidification dryer has a stable low dew point control capability, with a dew point range of -40°C to -50°C. We have our own complete laboratory. Our laboratory data shows that even in a Southeast Asian environment with 50°C high temperature and 85% humidity, the machine still achieves a dew point of -50°C. When our customers are in environments with high humidity and fluctuating production conditions, our dryer dehumidifier delivers perfect drying results.
